The cottage was build around 1920 and is very cozy and comfortable. It features hard wood floors, central heat and AC, a large television with Direct TV, wireless internet and a galley kitchen. One bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, adjoined by a little sleeping room with a twin bed. Mattress and linens are premium quality and very comfortable.
The cottage is located in the heart of Five Points, walking distance to many Athens jewels:
The Five and Ten restaurant, Marker 7, The Expat, The Royal Peasant Pub, Condor Chocolates, Jittery Joe's, and Independent Bakery, also blocks from UGA campus and Sanford Stadium.
The Property
The front of the property is on Milledge Avenue with a large historic stone house. The guest cottage is in the back very of the property and is surrounded by the backyards of neighboring residences. A private haven in the heart of Five Points.
